STUDENTS, SCHOOLS, & PHILANTHROPISTS | The voices of those Project Leadership (PL) serves guide our work. 'To grow is to be uncomfortable.' Wise words. Spoken from a Project Leadership partner. Not an adult, but one of the youths in a PL-facilitated focus group of teens PL has the privilege to serve. Their voices guide PL in our work each day, giving our programming relevancy. Relying on their expertise is a key strategy to our organization's viability and sustainability as is our partnership with local schools and funders. For the past two decades, Project Leadership's mission and outcomes have been evaluated and supported by philanthropic visionaries who support our youth services and strong school partnerships.

VIBRANT IDEAS & POSITIVE OUTCOMES | Project Leadership's board of directors and staff prioritize huddling over vibrant ideas for chapters yet to be written in a process that has become ingrained in our organizational culture. Veteran leadership on our board and staff have led the organization with consistent success for more than 15 years — often merging community needs with industry knowledge on how to meet them. The result is positive outcomes for our youths delivered by an organization that excels in being nimble. A strategy for sustainability is meaningful planning and continued learning as demonstrated through PL's commitment for ongoing team training.
